Your stationery will be made especially for you in our workshop in the heart of England and will be hand finished, so please allow 5 – 8 days for dispatch. Your stationery will then be sent to you first class by Royal Mail, beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy!
Once the package has left our workshop and is in the hands of Royal Mail, we are not responsible for delivery delays or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors. So, please make sure you have filled this out correctly.
We are currently only making deliveries within the UK and will be opening for international shipping later in 2021.

As soon as your payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it enters the production process. This unfortunately means that no changes can be made to your order once it is placed.
We want you to be happy with the stationery you receive so, if you experience any issues at all with your order, please contact us so that we can make it right.
If your stationery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt so we are able to resolve the issue. Please include a photo as proof of the damage and we will happily replace your item.
We will always try our hardest to resolve any situations promptly.
